* For presenters, please register by May 7 so that we can arrange the program in time. Since there are no exceptions for the non-refund policy, please be sure you can attend the conference (including but not limited to visa approval) before you register.

* For Mainland China passport holders, we are currently unable to assist you with visa applications, as the deadline to apply through us has passed. Therefore, please DO NOT register unless you can obtain the visa on your own.

* Conference Maker automatically recognizes the submitter as the presenter. If you are not the submitter but would like to register as the presenter, please change the submitter to yourself first. See here for instructions on how to change the submitter.
